Project Description:

Marina Salina is a luxury hospitality project located on Nao Phlao Beach, adjacent to Rachackiry Resort in Khanom Bay. Originally conceived as the Saksit Sanctuary residential development, the project was reimagined and restyled into a 5-star Mediterranean-inspired hotel destination.

AD ASIA Consulting led the technical and creative execution of this 32,000 sqm beachfront development.

Project Timeline: Revised between 2015–2016, partial construction began in 2017. The project reflects AD ASIA Consulting’s ability to transform residential concepts into high-end hospitality experiences, blending coastal elegance with international design standards.
