Project Description:

Marina Salina is a visionary transformation of the former Saksit Sanctuary residential project into a 5-star luxury hospitality destination. Located on Nao Phlao Beach, adjacent to Rachakiriky Resort in Khanom Bay, the project embraces a Mediterranean design concept tailored for high-end resort living.

AD ASIA Consulting was entrusted with the full scope of planning and technical development for this 32,000 sqm site.

Scope of Work:

• Master planning in 2D and 3D

• Civil and MEP engineering design

• Architectural and interior design

• Bidding process coordination

Originally revised between 2015–2016, partial construction began in 2017. Marina Salina reflects AD ASIA Consulting’s ability to reimagine and elevate large-scale developments with a blend of creativity, technical precision, and regulatory expertise.
