Project Description:

AD ASIA Consulting was appointed as the second contractor for Pridee Luxe Residence to complete and refine the executive documentation required for construction. Our team was responsible for producing detailed shop drawings and 2D CAD plans to support the final execution of the mockup room and full project rollout.

Scope of Work:

• Development of comprehensive shop drawings

• 2D CAD documentation for all disciplines

• Structural detailing and coordination

• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering drawings
